SAFETY ISSUES - OSHA
http://osha.gov/SLTC/bloodbornepathogens/index.html
The
standards issued by the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910.1030 are designed to protect 5
million workers in the United States at risk of exposure to blood
borne pathogens, such as HIV and Hepatitis.
We believe all deserve to be
protected from all foreseeable hazards subject to an exposure by
providing a plan in the abatement of potentially infectious waste.
One of the many concerns for
Public Safety Personnel is the exposure and handling of
potentially infectious materials, not just to themselves, but the
public also.
Removal of bio-medical waste and
disposal, decontamination, cleaning, sanitization and
deodorization of odors are dealt with by our company.
